Our Renew Restoration experience was a very good one. Junior was the young man who started the process of drying our bedroom where a water leak was found. Junior explained what the drying process would entail and he sent an excellent report to our insurance. During the drying period, Junior and Marco came every day to make sure the drying process was working. Junior and Marco were very courteous and professional. I would recommend Renew Restoration to my friends.

Like most after dealing with water damage in my home, I was rather skeptical of most contractors out there. I had interviewed others and decided I would hire an old buddy of mine (who is NOT a contractor) from the valley. However, I had forgotten that someone had recommended Eric Funnell from RENEW RESTORATION. And to make a long story short, he had me at “Hello.” This guy knows how to talk to people that are stressed over damage in their home. He says all the right things because it comes directly from his gut. It’s who he is. He’s upfront and honest. Yes, honest! We placed a call to State Farm, and he educated a State Farm agent that had been with the company 12 years about my policy and coverage. When I heard him on the phone with State Farm, I knew this was my guy! His restoration company took over. (And by the way, they are incredible, John, Arnie, the whole team is!) They are knowledgeable, informative, and always answered my phone calls on the first ring. After hiring Eric and his team, I was finally able to go back to sleeping without concerns about what will happen to my house moving forward. I just had a really good feeling that everything was going to work out great - and it did! My claim with State Farm went from $12,000 before Eric, to State Farm paying out over $140,000 once Eric came into the picture. This guy held my hand the whole way through, he would even speak to the insurance company when I needed him to. First, they did the restoration part, and then they did the repairs. That’s when Josue came in. This guy works for Eric on the contractor/repair side, and he is made of gold! There’s not a thing this guy doesn’t know how to do. I thank God that Eric and I crossed paths! This is all a process, and it will take time, but with RENEW, it will most definitely be worth it!

I recently experienced water damage in my bathroom and was referred to Eric with Renew Renovation by a friend. On his first visit to my house, Eric spent three and a half hours with me surveying the damage. We discussed my wants and needs and formulated a plan of action on how to best meet my restoration/renovation goals. Eric then formulated a detailed statement of work to present to my insurance company. He worked directly with my insurance company to expedite the claim process and ensure that I received the maximum settlement. After discussing various renovation options with Eric, I decided to expand the scope of the work to include a new kitchen in addition to the bathroom. Next, Arnie and his team came in and performed remediation services in my bathroom to correct incomplete work performed by a national remediation firm hired by my insurance company. Josue and Miguel then commenced with the construction. In less than two weeks, they performed a complete rebuild of my bathroom and demolition and remodeling of my kitchen, consisting of new cabinets, counters, and a backsplash. The quality of their work and attention to detail were amazing! I am so grateful to Eric and his crew for their expertise and professionalism throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Renew Renovation to anyone in need of top-notch remediation, renovation, and construction services!

What a great company to work with. Eric, the owner, was really helpful when we had water damage due to a roof leak. Both our bathrooms were badly damaged. Eric came and explained thoroughly what was needed, and not only that, he also dealt with our insurance company and got what was needed. Eric’s crew, specifically Jose, was great with his job and very detail-oriented. Glad I found them. All the work was done in a timely manner. They definitely deserve more than five stars. After dealing with 3 different companies sent by my insurance company to inspect and find the leak that destroyed my living room floor, thankfully I reached out to Renew Restoration. I won't go into detail about the first 3 companies, but let's just say, they all gave me pause. After 6 weeks dealing with my insurance and the companies they sent out, I had enough and called Eric with Renew Restoration. They presented themselves very professionally, and made a concerted effort to explain and answer every question we had. All the employees we dealt with had the utmost patience with my wife and me during this stressful situation. The water/mold mitigation team (Arnie, Eric & John) were great. I can't say enough good about each of them. They always kept me informed every step of the way, and included me in all communications with the insurance company. They really put us as the customer first and were our best advocate in dealing with the insurance company. I would and will recommend them to anyone with water damage, without hesitation. What more can I say than absolutely amazing service! I had some water damage leaks coming from my upstairs toilet coming down to the ceiling of the garage. Whenever repairs like this need to be solved, I always prefer a licensed professional to come out and do it. We called Renew Restoration and had them give us a quote, and they gave us a fair estimate. I even got really nice tiles installed in all of my bathrooms and they look so great! I've got nothing but positive comments on them. If you're looking to get repairs done right and for a fair price, talk to these guys. Shoutouts to Eric, Name A, and Arnie for always being a joy to work with and for making the process easy. They talked with my insurance and handled all of the annoying work so I didn't have to! The owner Eric and his mitigation crew led by Name A were super professional and attentive to details when we suffered a sewer backup damage. What was more amazing to us was that we were grounded by the pandemic Delta wave on the East Coast, yet they gave me confidence that they could be trusted, and the whole mitigation, repair, and remodeling process could be done remotely and nicely. They also helped me with dealing with the insurance company throughout the process, making it much less painful. I highly appreciate and recommend them to anyone, God forbid, if you are going through some dreadful water damage.
