I can’t say enough about Eric and his team at Renew Restoration. After closing on my new home, we found mold in the kitchen. I had some quotes from other companies, and they were not willing to try to save my kitchen cabinets. Eric took a look and told me he thought they could save them and would do their best to do just that. I’m happy to say they were able to remediate the mold and save my kitchen cabinets with the exception of one that they rebuilt. I have to give a big shout-out and thank you to Josue, who put my kitchen back together so perfectly. It must have been like putting a jigsaw puzzle together! Sorry for the long review, but Renew deserves to be recognized: From start to finish, the guys from Renew Restoration were simply the best. Once mold was found in our bathroom, they came to our home immediately to start the remediation process. Arnie was the project manager, and he assured us that they would fix the issue the first time. Chris and Christian were assigned to do the remediation and deconstruction, and were beyond professional, caring, and thorough. They cared about us and our stress level and kept us informed during every step of the way. More importantly, they really respected the entire bathroom during deconstruction and limited the amount of dirt/debris getting to other parts of the house. After the mold was isolated and eradicated, the reconstruction crew came in to put the bathroom back together. Manny and his crew were also great people to work with and returned our bathroom looking the way it was before the mold was even detected. Looks brand new! Something you usually do not see when dealing with tradesmen was that the owner of the company, Eric, came to our home to sign off on the job. This shows great pride in the company and a very high integrity level when it comes to the quality of their workmanship. Plus, this is when he had to get the approval of my wife. The ultimate test! Lastly, having your own personal project manager like Arnie, who was available anytime you needed to talk to him, was a true example of how this company cares about the job and the customer. You didn't have to talk to an operator and leave countless messages. I would not recommend any other company than Renew Restoration.
